It is our motto to strive to serve you with the best products. Even with the best intentions, there may occasionally be a discrepancy. Hence, we are proud to offer a No-Questions-Asked 7-Day Return Policy.

Our 7-day return policy allows you to return eligible products within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, unsealed and returned in the same condition and packaging in which it was received.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Return requests must be initiated with Gem Iconic within 7 days of the date the order is marked as delivered by the courier/logistics provider.
• Products must be unused, unopened and unsealed, and must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including seals, tags, labels and accompanying documentation, where applicable.
• Products that have been opened, unsealed, used, altered, damaged or otherwise handled in a manner that affects their resale condition may not be eligible for a No-Questions-Asked return.
• Custom-made, customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise covered by applicable consumer rights.
• Products purchased under promotional offers or coupons that are clearly identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

2. Process for Returns

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@gemiconic.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Please include your order number, reason for the return, and clear photographs/videos wherever applicable.
• For normal No-Questions-Asked returns, the product must remain unused, unopened and unsealed.
• For damage, tampering, shortage or missing-item claims, please provide clear photographs and an unboxing video to help us verify the condition of the package and its contents at the time of delivery.
• We will review your return request and communicate whether it is eligible for return within 3 working days.
• Once the return is approved, we will provide the return instructions. The product must be shipped or handed over for pickup within the timeframe communicated by Gem Iconic.
• Depending on the return service available at the time, Gem Iconic may offer a reverse-pickup facility through a courier partner. Where reverse pickup is offered, the customer may be required to follow the pickup instructions provided by Gem Iconic.
• Please ensure that the product is securely packed and ready for dispatch or pickup as instructed by Gem Iconic customer care.

3. Return Shipping and Reverse Pickup

• For a normal customer-initiated No-Questions-Asked return, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, at the discretion of customer care, the return shipping cost may be waived or borne by Gem Iconic in certain cases.
• Where a reverse-pickup facility is available and offered by Gem Iconic, customer care will inform you whether the pickup is chargeable, free of charge, or otherwise arranged on a case-by-case basis.
• The product must be securely packed and returned in the same condition and packaging in which it was received, or as otherwise instructed by Gem Iconic customer care.
• For approved claims involving a damaged, defective, incorrect or missing item, Gem Iconic will arrange or reimburse the return shipping, as applicable.
• If reverse pickup is not available or cannot be arranged for your location, you may be asked to ship the product using a reputable and trackable courier service.
• We recommend using a reputable and trackable national courier service such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Track-on, Green Dart, Professional Courier, or another established courier service.
• Customers are advised to retain the courier receipt and tracking details until the return and refund/replacement process is completed.

4. Inspection and Approval

• Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to verify that it meets the applicable return conditions.
• The returned product must be in the condition required under this policy.
• If the returned product meets the return criteria, we will process the applicable refund or replacement within 5–7 business days of completion of the inspection.
• If a returned product does not meet the applicable return conditions, we may contact the customer regarding the outcome and, where appropriate, arrange for the product to be returned to the customer.

5. Refunds

• Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Once Gem Iconic initiates the refund, the time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway or payment provider.
• For customer-initiated No-Questions-Asked returns, original shipping charges, where separately charged, are generally non-refundable.
• Where the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect or missing item attributable to Gem Iconic, applicable shipping charges will be borne or reimbursed by Gem Iconic.
• Any refund will be subject to the applicable return conditions and applicable law.

6. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability and eligibility under this Returns and Refund Policy.
• If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within the applicable return period.
• Where an exchange is approved and the requested replacement product is available, we will provide instructions for completing the exchange.
• If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable resolution, as applicable.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-made, customized or personalized products, except where applicable consumer rights apply.
• Products that have been used, opened, unsealed, altered or damaged after delivery.
• Products purchased using promotional offers or coupons that were clearly identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
• Any other products specifically identified as non-returnable on the product page or at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.

8. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Items

• In a situation where you receive a product that appears to be damaged, defective, incorrect or missing, please notify us as soon as possible and preferably within 3 days of delivery.
• For damage, tampering or missing-item claims, an unboxing video is strongly required to help us verify the condition of the package and its contents at the time of delivery.
• Please provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label and any visible damage, along with the unboxing video.
• We will review the information provided and may request additional photographs, videos or other information necessary to verify the claim.
• For an approved damage, defect, incorrect-item or missing-item claim attributable to Gem Iconic or the shipping process, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
• Where required, we may ask you to return the product to us for inspection. Gem Iconic will arrange or reimburse the return shipping, as applicable.
• The 3 day notification period is intended to help us investigate delivery-related issues promptly and does not limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

9. Delivery and Return Period

For the purpose of this policy:

• The return period begins on the date the order is marked as delivered by the applicable courier/logistics provider.
• A normal No-Questions-Asked return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Once a return request is approved, the customer must ship the product or make it available for reverse pickup within the timeframe communicated by Gem Iconic.
• Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
